Kota ini berada di Subprefektur Ishikari, Hokkaido, dan merupakan kota berpenduduk terbanyak nomor empat di Jepang, setelah Yokohama, Osaka, dan Nagoya, disana kita akan melihat aneka bangunan bangunan yang terbuat dari es (B/L/D)
